1. Consultation for clients Requirements:
The success of project is dependent on how we have captured and transformed client’s vision into a built reality. For us client’s wishes are the top most priority at all stages during the planning and during implementation of the project. Initial meeting with the client at the property is free. This is an initial opportunity to discuss the project in detail and take the brief. In the first meet we learn about the client's personality, their style and their individual lifestyle, tastes and aspirations - so that the finished project is a true reflection of them. It more helpful if client fills out questionnaire either online or on paper. We'd also discuss outline budgets and time scale so that the project can progress smoothly. This meeting is followed up with a written proposal to the client.

2. Conceptual Development And Brief Estimates
As per the client's brief a conceptual schematic designs are created for discussion in the form of draft layouts showing space planning, any structural modifications and furniture layouts. We demonstrate colour schemes, wall and window treatments along with options for fabrics and finishes. At this stage we discuss more details about services required to be served and budgets with estimates.

3. Contract is composed
After finalization of conceptual design, contract will be signed with us for your review which incorporates our fee structure of professional services and project schedule. Builders and contractors will be decided and scheduled.

4. Detail Design
After agreed elements in the concept design the project moves to the Detail Design and detailed Specification stage. All Drawings of plans, sections ,elevations ,furniture drawings ,detail drawings for False ceiling, electrical layouts, flooring, wall decor, plumbing or civil changes are finalized. Samples are finalized after discussion and client approval. Final decisions are made for decor and furnishing elements .

A qualified interior designer comes to your home or office for an in-depth interview to identify your design objectives and outline the steps needed to accomplish them. This is fulfilled by filling the form, which can also be filled online by client in our questionnaire form.
After discussion we measure and photograph areas to be designed. The meetings till the conceptual designs are finalized are complimentary and is an opportunity for both parties to meet and evaluate the scope of the work.
After this we come up with options with the detailed plan and hold meetings with the clients. This also helps us to arrive at the final estimated cost, which is based on the client’s brief and requirements.
Can cost be determined before beginning of a project?
Certainly. Explaining the designer what you can afford will help you determine the project budget. First approximate estimate is provided after the conceptual design is finalized and second estimate we provide after the detailed designs and interior elements are finalized. Using this approach, all the items of work are clearly specified, quantified and budgeted. Prior to the execution of the project, we provide the client a final cost estimate. In a scenario, where there is a limited budget, we can always work backwards and create the best possible design solution within the given cost. We are always sensitive to our clients' budgets.
What’s the fee of an interior designer?
Designers use a variety of fee structures and, as with other professions, base their fees on variables such as geographic location, years of expertise, professional reputation and client demand. Most designers charge using one of the following fee structures or a combination to suit a client's particular needs:
Fixed fee (or flat fee) -- The designer identifies a specific sum to cover costs, exclusive of reimbursement for expenses. One total fee applies to the complete scope of services proposed, from conceptual development through layouts, specifications and final installation.
Hourly fee -- Compensation is based on actual time that the designer consults on a project or specific service.
Percentage of project fee -- Compensation is computed as a percentage markup on the total project cost, including furnishings and services purchased or specified on behalf of a client.
Cost plus -- A designer specifies materials, furnishings and services (e.g., carpentry, drapery workrooms, picture framing, etc.) at wholesale and sells to the client at the designer's cost plus a set percentage increase, or at retail rates or slightly less, to cover the designer's fee and services.
Per square foot -- The designer charges fees based on the square footage of the project.
What are the Styles that you work on? What if Interior designer imposes their ideas?
There are many different Interior styles available that client may be not aware of. We introduce them with these styles. We prefer to help each client create their own signature style. Although styles vary, the common thread through all our projects is a clean, uncluttered look. The client and designer together come out to create a distinct interior only for you, Designer never imposes their ideas onto the client.
